1. Brush your teeth gently.

2. Remove the cap from the brush end. Twist clockwise several times. Initially it may require multiple turns to extrude the whitening gel.

3. Smile wide and apply a thin layer of gel on each tooth, avoiding gums or lips. Be sure to cover the entire tooth surface to prevent uneven results.

4. Continue to twist pen to apply more gel as needed.

5. Wait 30 seconds for whitening gel to dry on teeth before allowing contact with lips and tongue.

6. Leave the gel on teeth for 15-20 minutes, then wipe off. Rinse your mouth with water.
