1. Brush your teeth gently.

2. Heat a pot of water till it boils, let it sit for 1 minute, and then submerge each mouth tray into it for 1-3 seconds.

3. Place the mouth tray in your mouth and bite down on it. Let it cool and your mouth tray is now perfectly molded to your teeth. Repeat with second tray.

4. Place a line of whitening gel on the inner front surface of the tray, and spread it. Repeat with second tray.

5. Insert the whitening trays in the mouth and place the light in front of your teeth for 20 – 30 minutes.

6. Spit and rinse after use, and repeat the next day.
